The Pandemic couldn't stop these two from having their dream wedding this last summer! Everything Gauri and Tarnbir wanted for their wedding came together and we were there to catch all the feels!
This wedding was one to remember! From both of their bridal looks, to the backdrop of the Gurudwara (sikh temple) for their ceremony, the contrast in colors gave a very regal look. This is exactly what Gauri wanted when we first met her, to feel like royalty on her wedding day and to be captured as a graceful royal bride. New Delhi Company did an amazing job bring their look to life with Gauri's bridal lengha and Tarnbir's unique green and gold Sherwani.
When it came to their bridal shoot, the summer colors and the grand architecture of PAMA (Peel Art Gallery Museum) was the perfect combination of these regal photos. After such a graceful ceremony, it was time to let loose. We had a blast with Gauri, Tarnbir and their bridal party at the photoshoot! Not only these two and their bridal party were accommodating to every request but also very patient and allowed us to dive into our creativity to bring out some amazing photos!
On the reception day, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we help find these two an intimate venue that can hose 25 guests. This guesthouse in Durham region was part of a larger property that offered a variety of indoor and outdoor locations for our pre-reception shoot.
The vision for their reception shoot was Glamour and GQ. We really focused on taking editorial style shots. Because we had so much variety, and time before the event, we really played with lighting, getting dramatic and intimate portraits with a balance of outdoor shots as the sun was starting to set. Our favorite hands down was when we took advantage of the minimalistic style bathroom of the guesthouse. This was the perfect opportunity to pop some champagne and get variety of poses that were different from what we had done before.

We're truly blessed to have amazing couples like Gauri and Tarnbir who value the art of photography, It allowed us to push the envelope and be creative outside of our comfort zones!
